One thing I always recommend them to do is to keep a little fat on board....Skinny jeans are great if you are under 30. Once we start aging a little weight is good and helpful for looking youthful. Have you noticed that some of your more chubby friends look much younger than their age? They have natural fullness to their face! It's best to eat healthy fats like avocados, nuts, and coconut oil. That extra little bit of fat helps you keep some fat on your face and keeps that skin glowing. This is another every day mistake we make-losing too much weight makes us look older than we really are. So go ahead and "healthily splurge!"
